These municipalities are in relatively close proximity, but are distinctly different. Hampton Roads is comprised of seven cities:

Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton and Suffolk.

Chanda will share some professional and personal experiences for making small changes and add huge impact in your family life, workplace, and achieving your academic goals. The title of her blog was inspired by special friendships she established over the years in various settings —-over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

The “Coffee Talk” blogs were inspired by a former manager and mentor who Chanda admire greatly early in her commercial real estate career. Every afternoon she would exchange friendly conversations at a cafe near the office. It wasn’t about the cup of warm drink, it was the conversations and for the simple reason of stepping away from their desk.
